Altabank
Altabank has appointed Jerry Bregg and Fred Titensor to its board of directors, following the impending retirement of current board member Doug Swenson, whose term will end Dec. 31.

Jerry Bregg is a partner at Whittet Advisory and has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, enterprise risk and capital markets transactions. His career includes time with Big Four accounting firms and public companies.
Fred Titensor is co-owner and general manager of Valley Implement Company, a multi-location farm equipment dealership serving Utah and Idaho. He has been with Valley Implement since 1999, during which time he has led all aspects of operations across two states and maintained key manufacturer relationships with the largest equipment manufacturers in the industry.
Bank of Utah
Aubrey Chapman has been named banking manager of the Brigham City branch. She brings six years of experience in the finance industry, including roles at America First Credit Union and Wells Fargo.
Spencer Thorn has been appointed vice president, relationship manager. He joins Bank of Utah after a 20-year career at Zions Bank, where he advanced from a teller to several leadership roles, including commercial relationship manager, business banker, financial center manager, assistant branch manager and personal banker.
Justin Shaw was promoted to branch manager of the Redwood branch. This promotion follows his strong performance and client-focused approach during his time as a mortgage loan officer with the bank.
Wendy Medley was appointed branch manager of the Price branch. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial and title services industries.
Chris Herbert has been named treasury management officer. Herbert brings more than 12 years of banking experience, including nearly a decade as a treasury manager at Zions Bank, where he worked with a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate clients.
Spencer Pack joined Bank of Utah as vice president, relationship manager. He has more than 20 years of banking and business development experience, including stints at D.L. Evans Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of the West.
David Pierce has been appointed senior vice president, foreign exchange manager. He brings more than 38 years of experience in corporate finance, foreign exchange and strategic consulting and will lead the bank’s currency trading, risk management and international treasury strategies.
Brighton Bank
Jade Symes has been promoted to operations manager of the Midtown branch. Jade has been a valued member of the Brighton Bank team for more than seven years and brings extensive banking experience and expertise to her new position.
Payton Lowder has been promoted to lending analyst in the administration department. Payton joined the bank in June 2025 as a teller at the Cottonwood branch and has quickly become a valued member of the Brighton Bank team.
D.L. Evans Bank
Blake Lewis has been promoted to commercial loan officer at the bank’s Orem branch. Blake has been with D.L. Evans Bank for over a year, gaining valuable experience through the bank’s Loan Officer Internship program while working in a variety of branch and back-office roles. Prior to joining the bank, he held positions as a financial analyst, assistant controller and sales team leader.
Sterling Heiner has been appointed vice president, commercial loan officer at the Orem branch. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the banking industry. He began his career as a teller and later advanced to roles such as branch manager, investment banker and commercial banker at various financial institutions.
Josh Monsen has been named vice president, commercial loan officer at the Orem branch. He brings over 11 years of banking experience, with a strong emphasis on agricultural lending through previous positions held at Rock Canyon Bank and Hillcrest Bank.
TAB Bank
TAB Bank is pleased to welcome Aaron Brand as vice president of business development, based in Southern California. Aaron’s focus will be on helping small to mid-sized businesses with a variety of capital options.
WebBank
WebBank is pleased to announce that Parris Sanz, executive vice president, chief legal officer and head of policy & government relations, will assume executive oversight of the compliance department. Parris brings relevant experience to this expanded role, having previously overseen compliance functions earlier in his career.
WebBank continues to strengthen its leadership team by appointing Philip Gitler as senior vice president, head of asset finance, leading the bank’s newly formed Asset Finance team. In this expanded role, Phil will oversee the combined Lender Finance and Partner Finance businesses, driving integrated financing solutions across the specialty finance ecosystem.
Zions Bank
Don Stafford has joined Zions Bank as executive vice president and director of commercial and corporate banking. He has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience and previously led Wells Fargo’s commercial banking division for the Pacific Northwest.
Brad Herbert and Audra Achiu will serve as business development officers with Zions Bank. Audra brings 10 years of executive communication experience to the role, including several years on Wells Fargo’s commercial banking team. Brad has been with Zions Bank for 18 years in a variety of roles, most recently as an SVP in international banking.
Specialty Banking Executive Director Peter Morgan retired in July after a 43-year career with Zions Bank. He has held various positions in commercial lending and served on multiple boards, including the Utah Shakespeare Festival and the Salt Lake City Housing Trust Fund.
