www.uba.org 22 Bankers on the Move Mike Ballantyne has been hired as an Officer in Central Bank’s Pleasant Grove Office. Ballantyne comes to Central Bank with 15 years of banking experience in lending, credit analysis and man- agement. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Manage- ment from Utah Valley University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Nic Bement was promoted to E.V.P/ Chief Financial Officer for First National Bank . He is housed at the Main Branch in Layton. David Bragonje has joined Central Bank as an Officer in the bank’s American Fork Office. Bragonje started his banking career with AmercianWest Bank in 2008 and has held positions in credit analysis, underwriting, commercial lending and special assets. He graduated from BYU in 2004 with a degree in Economics. Zack Brown , who has been with First National Bank for 16 years, was promoted to S.V.P/ Chief Information Officer. He is housed at the Main Branch in Layton. Mark Drake joined Central Bank as an Officer in the bank’s Pleasant Grove office in the fall of 2014. In November 2015, Drake moved to the bank’s Payson office. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from BYU, and over 25 years of commercial lending experience, Drake is a great asset and a wonderful fit at Central Bank. Kathleen Graham was promoted to A.V.P/Branch Manager for First National Bank and transferred from Clearfield to Bountiful. She is the new manager at that location.
