www.uba.org 14 EDUCATION CORNER C ongratulations to first-time graduates of two of the UBA’s new development programs, designed to help build a strong future for the banking industry in Utah by cultivat- ing upcoming leaders. Launched this year, the Small Business Banking Development Program and the Credit Analyst De- velopment Program included bankers from across the state, and each ran for six sessions and covered a wide variety of topics. This year’s graduates include: Small Business Banking Development Program - Cameron Alvey, Wells Fargo; Sean Ashby, Rock Canyon; Chantel Chase, Zions Bank; Tricia Cook, First Utah Bank; Billy Dahle, Wells Fargo; Mark Drake, Central Bank; Loren Evans, First Utah Bank; Brian Guevara, Zions Bank; Brian Hulet, Central Bank; Jesse Hurren, Central Bank; Brandon Wilkins, Central Bank Credit Analyst Development Program - Nicole Burleigh, Bank of the West; Liz Cochrane, Analyst, First Utah Bank; Lori Hart, Medallion Bank; Josh Monsen, Rock Canyon Bank; Golden Moore, First National Bank; John Olsen, Rock Canyon Bank; Bryce Packard, Central Bank; Emilee Roberts, Lewiston State Bank Registration is open for the 2016 session of the Commercial Lending Development Program, which runs for eight sessions beginning August 31 through December 14. Now in its second year, the CLPD focuses on key skills required to perform the specialist function of assessing businesses for loan purposes.
